Halven SMS Terms

1. Program

Halven Alerts is the text message program of Halven (www.halvenlight.com), operated by MB SQUARE LLC, 4405 Jager Dr NE Ste C4 PMB 2048, Rio Rancho, NM 87144, USA. By checking the SMS box at checkout or entering your mobile number in our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Halven at the number provided: abandoned cart reminders, order and shipping updates, review requests, and offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 2 marketing messages per day. Order and shipping updates are sent when your order status changes. Messages are sent between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.

4. Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again.

6. Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is only shared with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS provider).
