1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us, without having to provide a reason.
2. How to Return an Item
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by email before the withdrawal period expires, specifying your order number. We will provide you with the return procedure and address. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, with their tags and in their original packaging; your receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated or agreed as a commercial gesture by us, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method: returned packages travel at your own risk until received by us.4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution (reshipment or refund) at no cost to you: this falls under the legal warranty rather than the right of withdrawal.5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.6. Exceptions
The following cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized items, unsealed items that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons, and digital content already provided.
